Applicants are invited for a PhD fellowship/scholarship at Graduate School of Technical Sciences, Aarhus University, Denmark, within the Food Science programme.
The position is available from 01 January 2026 or later.
Fully funded PhD position (salary, tuition fees, others) for 3 years at Department of Food Science, AU FOOD, Aarhus University
Main focus will be developing mass spec_based methods for screening and quantification of natural toxins in Novel_Food
Main supervisor: Prof. Trine Kastrup Dalsgaard
Co-Supervisor: Assis. Prof. Mohamed Fathi Abdallah
The PhD project is part of a 5-years project (2026-2030) funded by Novo Nordisk Foundation
