I am pleased to share that I have been awarded a 5-year “RECRUIT Grant for International Recruitment 2025” from the Novo Nordisk Foundation.
This funding will allow me to establish a research group focusing on Food Toxicology, with the aim of advancing detection, assessment, and risk evaluation of natural toxins in novel foods at Department of Food Science, AU FOOD, Aarhus University.
We will open three positions:
PhD Position 1: Detection of natural toxins in novel food
Start: January 2026 | Duration: 3 years.

PhD Position 2: Toxicity assessment of natural toxins using in vitro models
Start: January 2027 | Duration: 3 years
Postdoc Position: Developing NAMs (New Approach Methodologies) for high-throughput testing of toxins in novel food
Start: January 2029 | Duration: 2 years
